What Real Estate Means To Me: 


Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes—it’s about people, trust, and the dedication to making dreams a reality. With 23 years in this industry and a Master’s in Social Work, I’ve learned that success comes from understanding people just as much as understanding the market. Here are a few key lessons that have shaped my career:

📍 Know Your Market. I make it a priority to stay ahead—whether it’s pricing trends, off-market opportunities, or the smallest neighborhood details. Being the go-to expert gives my clients confidence, and that confidence wins deals.

🤝 Relationships Over Transactions. My background in Social Work has given me a deep understanding of people’s needs, emotions, and decision-making processes. Every client I work with is more than just a deal—I listen, support, and guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. That’s how lifelong relationships (and referrals!) are built.

⏳ Consistency is Everything. Real estate isn’t an overnight success story. I’ve put in the long hours, followed up when it felt like nothing was happening, and stayed committed even during slow seasons—because that’s what separates top agents from the rest.

🏡 Negotiate Like a Pro. My clients trust me to fight for their best interests. I stand firm, know my worth, and advocate for them like I would if it was my own transaction. Every dollar and every detail matter.

💙 Love What You Do. This career is demanding, but the joy of handing someone the keys to their new home makes every challenge worth it. Helping people find their perfect home isn’t just a job—it’s my passion.

Home means something different to each person but the security of the feeling of a roof over your head, a place where you can let go and relax, a place to build memories, is a feeling we all have. I am grateful to have had the experiences I have had and having the ability to help my clients find their sacred space is an amazing gift.
